But if you find that Big Bentley is not the product for you and your furry friend, a full refund can be distributed to you after the product has been returned back.
For Online Customers
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the related transaction date.
To set up a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If possible, include the email address, phone number, and/or order number associated with your purchase.
We also welcome feedback if the product wasn't a fit. We'd love to learn more about your experience and why you're returning the product. No hard feelings :)
For Retail/In-store Customers
Return to the physical location where the transaction was completed with a copy of your receipt and the Big Bentley product you wish to return. Please be mindful that return policies of Big Bentley products may differ for each retail location.
